We know that receiving your order on time is important. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are prepared, estimated delivery times, tracking, possible delays, split shipments, delivery issues, and other important shipping information.

1. Order Processing

Once your order has been successfully placed, our fulfillment team will begin preparing it for shipment.

Most orders require up to 3 business days for order verification, packing, and transfer to the appropriate shipping carrier.

Orders submitted during weekends are generally processed starting on the following Monday or next available business day.

Please note that public holidays or unusually high order volumes may occasionally result in additional processing time.

2. Estimated Delivery Time and Shipping Charge

Bierauitely provides international shipping to eligible destinations.

Standard delivery generally takes approximately:

A standard flat-rate shipping charge of:

normally applies.

The final shipping amount will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and handed over to the carrier.

3. Delivery Delays

Although we work with our logistics partners to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, circumstances outside our control may occasionally cause delays.

These may include:

  • Customs inspections or clearance procedures

  • Carrier network disruptions

  • Severe weather

  • Transportation delays

  • Public holidays

  • Local postal delays

  • Unforeseen logistics events

Shipping timelines are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.

We appreciate your understanding when delays occur due to circumstances outside Bierauitely's reasonable control.

4. Shipment Tracking

After your order has been dispatched, a Shipping Confirmation email will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

This message will contain your tracking number or other available shipment information.

You may use your tracking number through 17TRACK or the applicable carrier's tracking service to follow the progress of your shipment.

Please be aware that tracking details may not become visible immediately.

It can take several days for the carrier's system to register the first scan or display updated shipment information.

5. Orders Shipped in Multiple Packages

If your purchase contains several items, the products may not always arrive together.

To improve fulfillment efficiency, items may be sent separately from different warehouses or distribution locations.

When this happens:

  • Your order may be divided into multiple parcels

  • Parcels may arrive on different days

  • Each shipment may receive a separate tracking number

Receiving only part of an order does not necessarily mean the remaining items are missing.

6. Changing Order or Shipping Information

If you need to correct your delivery address or change product details such as size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.

Change requests should preferably be submitted within 12 hours after the order is placed.

We will make reasonable efforts to process your request before fulfillment begins.

However, once an order has entered processing, packing, or shipment, we cannot guarantee that changes can still be completed.

7. Unsuccessful or Missed Delivery Attempts

If a courier cannot successfully deliver your parcel, the carrier may:

  • Leave a delivery notice

  • Attempt delivery again

  • Hold the package at a local delivery facility or post office

If you believe you have missed a delivery attempt, please first check the tracking information and contact the local carrier using your tracking number.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and collecting packages when required.

Bierauitely cannot be held responsible for parcels returned because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts

  • Failure to respond to carrier notifications

8. What to Do When Delivery Is Taking Longer Than Expected

If your package appears delayed, we recommend following these steps.

First, review your tracking history.
If the shipment has received a tracking update within the previous 7 days, it is generally still moving through the logistics network.

If tracking has stopped updating:

Our team will review the available shipping information and assist you with the next steps.

9. Packages Confirmed Lost in Transit

If a shipment is officially confirmed as lost while in transit, Bierauitely will provide a replacement shipment at no additional cost.

However, this protection does not normally apply to packages that the carrier has already marked as successfully Delivered.

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking:

  • Around your property

  • With household members

  • With neighbors

  • With your building reception or management team

  • With the local delivery carrier

Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery are not covered under our lost-in-transit replacement policy.

10. Shipping Locations and International Delivery

Bierauitely ships to customers in many countries and regions worldwide.

In the uncommon event that we are unable to deliver an order to your destination, our team will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

Depending on product availability and destination, orders may be fulfilled from facilities located in regions such as:

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • European Union

  • Other approved fulfillment locations

Certain orders may also be shipped directly from trusted manufacturing or fulfillment partners.

Using multiple fulfillment locations allows us to maintain product availability while providing competitive pricing and efficient international distribution.

11. Customs, Taxes, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling charges, or other government-imposed fees.

Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are not included in:

  • The product purchase price

  • The standard shipping fee

Any applicable import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

12. Accuracy of Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Please carefully verify:

  • Street address

  • Apartment or unit number

  • City

  • State or province

  • Postal or ZIP code

  • Telephone number

Bierauitely is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or returned shipments resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied during checkout.

If you discover an address error, contact us immediately. We will attempt to correct the information if fulfillment has not yet progressed too far.

13. Delivered Parcels

Once the carrier's tracking system confirms that a package has been successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout, the shipment will generally be considered completed.

Bierauitely cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss, or disappearance that occurs after confirmed delivery.

If you cannot find a package marked as delivered, please contact the carrier and check with neighbors, household members, reception staff, or building management before contacting our support team.

14. Shipping Time Estimates

All delivery periods provided by Bierauitely are approximate.

We cannot guarantee a specific delivery date because transportation and customs processes may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery times should therefore be treated as guidance rather than a guaranteed commitment.
